In addition to doing hypnosis, I also help people by coaching to make the changes that they want in their life. They are able to meet with me in person, on the phone, or in a Skype session, and we work together on helping them overcoming the obstacles that are blocking them from being truly happy. I support them in coming to their own conclusions and making their own decisions by using questioning techniques that help them realize the direction they are going and help them make a plan to change that direction. I help with goal setting and I help each client work toward reaching their goals step by step. This type of work is on-going, on a monthly basis for as long as is needed or until the client feels the needed change has been made, whereas hypnosis is usually accomplished in just a few sessions.
